500 metre radius of 20°05′51″N / 110°13′53″E
3.Parameter of Drilling Platform
Overall length: 86.09metre，width : 70.72metre
4.Notes
1）During the operating, the drilling platform shall implement safety and antipollution measures.
2）During the anchoring time, the platform need to be marked with warning signs.
3）The drilling platform shall be keep shape lookout, turning on AIS system, VHF08 and 16 channel.
4）The Drilling platform shall contact in advance with passing ship, warning them with acoustic-optical signal, radio signal and other measures to avoid collision.
